     As one of Tucson’s historic steakhouses, the Lariat Steakhouse first opened its doors in 1948 as part of the Lariat Estates Development. It has since been famous for its grilled steaks and live music featuring the likes of Mel Tillis, Willie Nelson, Ronnie Milsap, Waylon Jennings and many other famous artists.
